Organised by The state Government of Sikkim in collaboration with Government of India The 2nd INTERNATIONAL FLOWER SHOW, 2013 was organised by the Government of Sikkim in collaboration with Government of India. The show was inaugurated by the Governor H.E. B.P Singh in presence of the state Chief Minister, Shri.Pawan Chamling, Cabinet Ministers, Officials of various departments and dignitaries on 18th of February,2013
