2nd April, 2019: National Review Meet of ENVIS Scheme was organized by ENVIS Secretariat, EI Division, MoEF&CC for Evaluation of ENVIS Scheme, Green Skill Development Programme, NES-GRIDSS in Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi. Event was inaugurated by Shri. C.K. Mishra, Secretary, MoEF&CC, Government of India along with Principle Adviser Dr. Anandi Subramaian and Economic Adviser Shri. Abhay Kumar, MoEF&CC.

Events like ‘ENVIS Exhibition’ was also inaugurated by Shri. C.K. Mishra, Secretary, MoEF&CC, where ENVIS Hubs/RPs from all over India participated with their Models, Display products, Knowledge products, Video etc...
Team consisting of Dorjee T Bhutia, Director - cum – ENVIS Coordinator, Mr. Prabhakar Gurung Programme Officer and Mr. Niraj Sharma, Information Officer from ENVIS ‘RP’ Sikkim on Ecotourism also participated on this Exhibition. A large screen showcasing the Video Documentation of Green Skill Development Programme conducted by various Hubs/RPs was also displayed in front of MoEF&CC compound.

After the Exhibition, NES Canvas was shared by special invitees from different Hubs and RPs. PPTs on NES-GRID
DS, Hands-on-Training on EAT/PFMS, SDG, SoER, Plastic Waste Management Facility (PWMF), Demonstration of ENVIS Portal etc… Team from ENVIS Secretariat also demonstrated the new ENVIS Website.
The National Review Meet ended with the successful valedictory programme where Certificates were distributed to the ENVIS Coordinators for successful completion of Green Skill Development programme. ‘Discussion session’ by Principal Adviser Dr. Anandi Subramanian was also conducted on various topics like GSDP, NED-GRIDSS and ENVIS Issues.
