Hunting of any animal, bird, insect etc. inside a Sanctuary or National Park

Jail term for not less than a 1 year but may extend to 6 years fine which shall not be less than Rs. 5000/-

Hunting of endangered animal, bird, insect etc. anywhere even in private holding

Encroachment or Large Cardamom cultivation inside a sanctuary or National park

Hunting of a less endangered animal, bird, insect etc outside a Sanctuary or National park

Jail term for upto 3 years or with fine upto Rs.25000/-

Cutting of trees, shrubs or herbs within a Sanctuary or National Park without permit

Collection of transit of medicinal plants from a Sanctuary or National Park without permit

Grazing in a Sanctuary or National Park with a  weapon or without entry permit

Entering in a Sanctuary or National Park with a weapon or without entry permit

Possesion of any wild animal, meat, trophy, hide or other animal article
